Maintenance Window Information
The AGNS network maintenance window is:

Sundays 1:00 - 4:00 AM US Central Standard Time (CST).

The AGNS Customer Support Web Site (Web Engine) maintenance windows are:

Fridays: 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Midnight) US Central Standard Time (CST)
Saturdays 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Midnight) US Central Standard Time (CST)

The time periods listed above are not always used for maintenance. If some or all of the window time is not needed for maintenance, then the window time is available for normal use by customers.

On April 30, 2001, the Virtual Private Network Service (VPNS) customer care web site was integrated into your AT&T Business customer support web site. With the design changes made to the site in October, 2001, this function is now fully integrated. To access secure documents, click on VPNS tools and reports from the site home page. To access any other information about the VPNS service, select VPNS from the blue navigation bar at the top of the page. From there you will be looking at familiar links.

The AT&T Global Network Services Customer Support Web site Help Desk provides assistance to customers experiencing problems with this Web site's tools and reports.
